Trans-Atlantic / Trans-Pacific flights:

• If you’re flying between Canada and Europe / UK / Japan / Korea — on our Boeing 787 Dreamliner — complimentary snacks, meals and beverages will be provided.
• Special meals are available if booked 24 hours prior to your flight.

All other Dreamliner flights:

• If you are flying elsewhere on our Boeing 787 Dreamliner you’ll receive complimentary soft drinks and a sweet or savoury snack. 
• Our inflight service does not include a complimentary meal. You may purchase items from our Economy buy-on-board menu. 

Boeing 737 flights 

You’ll receive complimentary soft drinks and a sweet or salty snack on all flights over one hour. Our inflight service does not include a complimentary meal. You may purchase items from our Economy buy-on-board menu.

Boeing 737 Max flights 

You’ll receive complimentary soft drinks and sweet or salty snacks on all flights over one hour. Our inflight service on International flights to Europe / UK will include a complimentary meal and snack. You may purchase items from our Economy buy-on-board menu.

DeHavilland Dash 8 flights

You’ll receive complimentary soft drinks and a sweet or salty snack on all flights over 90 minutes. No hot meals are available on Encore flights. Additional snacks and beverages are available to purchase from our Economy buy-on-board menu.
