The all-inclusive Allegro Cozumel offers comfortable accommodations on Playa San Francisco, one of the most beautiful beaches in Cozumel.

Beautiful resort with the best beach, amazing sunsets and great snorkeling. The service is fantastic. Special shout out to Omar and Alfredo at the premier lounge by the beach. Thanks for taking great care of us. We would definitely come back.

We arrived two days ago. Front desk staff rude and reneged on their promise to put us in a quiet part of the resort. Half of it is leveled- ugly tar pads make up half the property. Desk staff so rude. All other staff are lovely. The endless base from the beach parties, the rooms stink. I had to ask them three times to repair a broken window and screen. Food is burnt. Someone got bit by a crocodile on the beach last night and they’re not even putting out a warning. The staff are lovely and the beach is nice but this place is basically a run down Daytona beach. If you don’t care about your accommodations or good service and you just want to get wasted this is the place for you! Otherwise we are just stuck here making the best of it. So incredibly disappointed. Would recommend canceling if you are planning on staying here. It isn’t worth the money at all. Cozumel is awesome though.
