We really liked the beds! The property is amazing. The food was good and there was a wide variety. I can't say enough about the amazing staff at the Occidental Cozumel. They are so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I came to Cozumel with bronchitis, but I was treated at the hotel medical building. I recieved quality care including four prescriptions and two lung treatments. I was amazed that not only that I received quality care at our hotel, but that it was also only $180 US.

We stayed in Royal Section of the Grand Occidental Resort & got the “ROYAL Treatment”. Staff very friendly & attentive, food excellent & room accommodations very nice. I had the Reaffirming Facial at Spa by Yaderi, my Facialist. She was fantastic…loved the products she chose for my skin…she applied perfect massage pressure & technique for my size & frame, she was very professional & she had an amazing “therapeutic touch”! Great gym in Spa area so worked out every other morning with husband. Nice to be able to stay in good physical shape while eating so much. My husband & I have been coming to Cozumel for 41 years. We joined the Occidental Family Vacation Plan about 20 years ago…best decision we ever made. Cozumel is a beautiful Island…amazing water & beaches, friendly & loving people, fantastic foods & very relaxing.
