Birthday Trip!
Barbara P (Santa Cruz, California) on Feb 15, 2025
Visited with my granddaughter for my birthday. Stayed 3 nights. We absolutely loved this hotel. All the small touches of hidden Mickey’s, comfy beds, just a wonderful stay. We were in the Fantasy Tower whi...ch is super convenient to the pools and downtown Disney. Monorail closed for refurbishment so had to walk from hotel to both parks, not a big deal to us. Granddaughter loved all the pools, so many lifeguards to watch the swimmers. Hotel staff amazing. We will return!
Temporary e ticket club lounge is disappointing.
MTSstm (Los Angeles) on Feb 06, 2025
The e-ticket club lounge is being remodeled. The temporary replacement is a first floor conference room. If you have been to the previous lounge, like us, you will be disappointed with the replacement. ... If you are planning your stay, don't pay the premium for the club access, it is not worth it until they open the new lounge. Overall it's a good hotel with a great location. Unfortunately we were not informed of the lounge construction when we booked.
