Old school hotel with great charm

Great location on the strip. It’s an old school hotel with updated rooms that were clean. The elevators were quick and user friendly. The casino was fun and relaxing. Staff were friendly and nice. Good food choices in the hotel. We love the piano bar.
Location is only saving grace

The location of the Harrah's hotel is their only saving grace, given that it is rather central in the Strip. We stayed 6 nights and they cleaned our room once, despite texting with their concierge app and requesting daily room cleaning at check-in. We would have to request towels each night. On one night, it took 45-minutes to get towels and the excuse was they were understaffed. The food choices at the hotel food court are overpriced. We paid $39 for a small decaf coffee, a danish, a plain bagel and a muffin. All items tasted stale and days old. I would not stay here again.
