Best place to stay!

Excellent hotel, delicious food, beautiful rooms- convenient location. Feels less like a casino than other Vegas hotels- considerate, friendly staff. Tried other hotels but currently my favorite with a reasonable price compared to other top end Vegas hotels.

******* WORST HOTEL ********

*******WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ************We went to get married / Honeymoon. After entering the room we noticed a very unpleasant / weird smell. We got moved the following morning as it was late when we arrived. We mentioned to the staff it was very important they get our phone chargers as we needed to charge our phones to use for the wedding. When we got to our new room the cases were thrown in, the shoes were all just thrown in a pile in the middle of the room. It looked like the place had been turned over ! We noticed the phone chargers werent in our new room even after double checking. I also then realised id not emptied a draw full of clothes and packed them in the case as told. We immediately called client services who were no help at all. We were told " just go buy another phone charger ". All my t shirts and tops were now missing so i had to re put on the t shirt id travelled in from the UK the previous morning. Security told me i had to wait 72 hrs for them to do an investigation. I asked why they cant just see what cleaner went in my room and ask her what she did with a large pile of clothes ! I told them i wont still be there in 72 hrs ! We continually went between security / front desk / concierge / guest services being told various different things. The clothes were never " bagged and sent to lost property " as i was told they would do eventually. After 72 hrs i was then told the hotel need a month to " investigate the case " before they will comment further. I had to go and buy more clothes ( when the shops eventually opened as it was thanks giving ) so i had fresh clothes to wear. This obviously has cost me a good amount of money let alone the vast cost of the clothes lost. I was told that i would be given some credit on my account to apologise for the current issues / way we were spoken to, when i tried to use this ( twice ) as something towards my meal in the hotel i get embarrassingly told there is no credit on the account. It took 3 times and speaking to various hotel staff to get this sorted eventually. During this time we were sent an email in error, one that was supposed to have gone internally to a hotel team member. This basically said that the cameras cant see from the angle who went in and if they were carrying anything, so they dont see this going much further. We only know this due to an employee sending it to us instead of their fellow co worker. We've not been told / updated whatsoever. Its now almost Christmas and still nothing. My wife and i are so upset by the whole experience. Firstly by terrible customer service but also by the way it has been handled. We spent a good amount of our wedding / honeymoon being pushed from pillar to post trying to get back what should be the most simple of things. Im yet to be given the senior management email / no. ( even though its been requsted twice now ) so i can speak to someone of authority as it seems everyone i have spoken to so far has done nothing. If i was asking the staff to find a pin or a small button id understand it could get lost but a large pile of clothes ?????? Id imagine if i was Bradley Cooper or some other A lister the clothes wouldnt still be lost or they wouldnt have been told to " go buy another charger ". It seems no one is interested basically and i'm now left with funding a whole new pile of clothes and also the bill for staying in a sub standard hotel for my wedding and honeymoon. We booked and paid good money for this hotel to make it a special experience. It was special alright for all the wrong reasons.
