Hotel is good. Rooms are dated as are most Delta’s. There was a bit of hair in the shower along with pink grime. Could be a bit cleaner that way. The beds comfy, meeting staff was great. Restaurant staff amazing. The first room they assigned me came with a workman ?? Some poor guy was working on the bathroom when I went in the room. He was super helpful and ensured I was not put out by having to go back to the front though. If you get a room try to avoid one overlooking the courtyard. They play music outside 24/7 and you can hear it in your room. If you are a light sleeper or wake through the night it is bothersome.

Even though the hotel was full of children and hockey players, everything went smoothly, due to the expert management and excellent staff. The hotel was decorated for Christmas with real Christmas trees and a forest walk to the North Pole on the Main Floor, complete with a Christmas train, the works. We were treated like royalty, with fabulous waiting staff, both in the Windjammer and restaurant and bar. The food was excellent for breakfast where all our needs were met. I especially appreciated hot teapots at breakfast and a wonderful suggestion of craft beer by the waiter. We had access to the coffee lounge on the eighth floor which was comfortable with lots of seating as well as a great view of the city. The snacks they served were delicious. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
