Beautiful facilities. No detail spared. Loved it!

The facilities are gorgeous. The architecture, decor and details were amazing. The floors were either marble or mosaic. The butlers were very attentive to our needs. The rooms need a little TLC,though they were big and comfortable. The ocean view was superb. The pools were great, and so was the service for drinks or food. If I were to take off some in the 5 star rating, it would be on the drinks/cocktails. Our family was not impressed with them. The spa pool came in very handy since we had horrible weather. It is also beautiful and the healthy drinks were very good. Had very high expectations and it did not disappoint. Would highly recommend for rest and relaxation!

We have just arrived home from our fourth trip to the Grand. As always, the trip was extremely enjoyable. While the guys played golf, the girls enjoyed massages at the spa (Aida & Martha) and AquaFit time with Cinthia in the main pool. The staff truly make the experience amazing! Carlos, Victor, and Xquenda are just a few of the Star Friends who made the activities fun - beach volleyball is the BEST!!! Elizabeth in the towel hut never failed to have a smile on her face and was always willing to help! I wish I knew the names of everyone who helped make our trip so worthwhile - from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The food was once again top notch. Bellavista is an outstanding buffet with an amazing selection for any meal. Toni’s was also fantastic! The Grand is a beautiful getaway. If you want to be busy, you can. If you want to relax, you can. So ready to begin planning our next trip.
