Daniel the manager should be fired! AWFUL !!

ResortPass for a day. Tried this report. Very OK. Far from mid to high end. Paid over $1,000 US for spa services. The spa service ended right after 6pm. The female check out person pictured said "because y...ou are departing after 6pm you must pay extra and it's in your contract." I then tried to explain that the spa booked our service and knew we had a day pass. She insisted that we pay extra. I disagreed. Then her pathetic manager stepped in and was a complete chuck wagon tool. He is pictured. Daniel was a total horses butt siding with the attendant without trying to understand the situation. Obviously attempting to make up for something or lack thereof. Daniel PATHETIC!! Management material? NOPE! Zero stars for Daniel. Zero stars for the person who acted like an a.. when we checked out. Besides these two butt clowns, this was a very average resort. Mid range. Fire Daniel and his pathetic counterpart. What a disgrace to a supposed decent brand

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in Mexico. Booked a 7 vacation which we are currently on and been nothing but problems. Can’t get a dinner reservation for any night and must eat at their buffet... for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They tell you to book on the app but the app says nothing available and then spoke with the front desk and they can’t help either. Tried to get a drink at the pool and they have one bartender for 40-50 people trying to get a drink. The rooms are old and complete crap. Air conditioning does not work, no hot water and then toilet overflows flooding the room. They don’t want to do anything about any concerns you have other than say- sorry. Do not stay here!!
