Overview

We had a wonderful experience. A shout-out to our maid, Nati. She truly made us feel ohana. All staff showed concern for our welfare. Downside was that this is a smoke-free property and someone was smokin...g which set off the evacuation alarm. No fault of the hotel.

Absolutely amazing stay ! Have stayed here many times and for sure the best property on the Island and most amazing staff. Great location. Restaurant on site, two gyms and access to State of the art gym at... a sister hotel.Yoga every day.Amazing convenience store beside lobby. The best thing about the property is the staff, all very professional and super helpful, from front desk to housekeeping to bell boys and car attendants.They make your stay. Managers all helpful and ready to take care of any possible issues. Engineering guys on hand with any problems with TV or air conditioning.Every one at this property makes you feel like an important guest. One block to the beach and easy to get to bars, restaurants , activities and shopping.Walking distance to All Moana mall and Diamond Head.Stayed here for 64 nights and loves every minute.We are Hilton Diamond members and stay all over the world. This is our favourite property for sure!Look forward to coming back next year. Would highly recommend to anyone who is coming to Honolulu.
