A clean and comfortable stay!

The room was tidy and clean, always fresh when I left to adventure out. Yeu Wah ensured a comfortable stay for my week venture. The bed was always made, pillows fluffed and fresh coffee left on the coffee ...maker. I appreciated the clean towels and kitchenette as well as the extra attention to detail as they restocked diligently, what was low.

Our first time in Hawaii! We went as a family of 12! We got 4 rooms total and were on the same floor and near each other. The hotel was beautifully decorated and open to the outside on the lobby floor! L...oved the fresh Hawaii air! Jessie Gruspe at the Front Desk was especially friendly and awesome! We enjoyed talking to her! Our room lady, Lai Hung was great! The room was always clean, coffee pods restocked as well as the fresh towels. We were on the 16th floor and right across from elevators. There was no issue with noise. Hotel location was perfect! Target was right around the corner and the International Mall. There was a cafe/restaurant to the left of the hotel when you exited the front. The ABC store was adjacent to the hotel and very condor breakfast(spam musubi)/snacks/coffee(new fave Lion Cold Brew Vanilla macadamia)/drinks & souvenirs. The beach was just a couple blocks down with a police station right there. Kona coffee is at the entrance of the International Mall and always had a long line! Tried their Cold brew and it was delish! We will definitely return to the Outrigger Waikiki again!
