We really enjoyed our stay from March 27-April 5. Service was great Restaurants were good. Very Comfy beds. Shout out to Gloria at the front desk. She was so wonderful to deal with and took excellent care... of us. We would recommend this resort.
Great first visit to this hotel

Friendly staff all around. The main buffet had good variety and selection. The pool area can get crowded and may be difficult to get a lounge chair. If you do get one it will probably out in the hot sun. T...he beach is nice and relaxing (also if you can get a lounge chair) but the waves can be a bit rough. The location requires a taxi ride into the towns of La Crucecita or Santa Cruz. Not much to see across the street from the hotel except for a small souvenir and grocery store, a couple of pharmacies and small restaurants. Our room was spacious and quiet and appreciated the in-room safe as well as the free wifi throughout the resort. Also appreciated the reception desk were able to break large pesos into smaller bills so we could tip the staff. They work so hard and are always smiling. Would come back again!
