Not fussy about my hotels but…..

Arrived Saturday night to be told our twin room in the Valley Tower was booked out by someone else. Had to make do with a king bed and fold away bed for the night. Moved no problem the next day but then ha...d no housekeeping. Apparently we opted out at check in (not the case). On Wednesday we asked for housekeeping to be told the floor had already been done and it would be put on rota for next day. Quick visit to Lobby and to be fair this was quickly resolved and housekeeping was in room 10 minutes later. Not too fussy about my room or hotel when staying in vegas but will not be booking here again. Plenty of better and cheaper hotels on the strip.
I will NOT be back.

I had a very nice room at a reasonable price. The check in process is stupid and very inconvenient. WE are the customers and you treat us like it’s a privilege to want to stay there! You should savor we ...are there. I arrived at 3 pm and the desk would not check me in until 4 pm. At 4 there was a very long line to wait in. I was asked if I wanted room service. What????? This is a premium hotel,(I thought)! Are you charging to clean my room??? Ridiculous! The fast food was not only horrible tasting but ridiculously priced. There’s only one place to eat besides the steak house and it’s tucked away upstairs and no advertising, signs or promotions. I did not feel like a welcomed guest. I felt like all Harrah’s wanted was my money and they didn’t care if I was there or not. Also, ANYONE can get on an elevator and get up to any floor. I did not feel safe! There should be security. Absolutely NO more stays for me here for sure. HARRAHS has deteriorated so much!!! :-(
