The final part of our 3 city trip, our first time in vegas and it didn’t dissapoint. Hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. Casino had a good atmosphere and hotel is in a perfect area. Staff all friend...ly. Only downers being the overcrowded pool with little to no shade and subbed, it seems other hotels can use this pool too which considering you pay a high resort fee, no priority to guests staying at this hotel is incredibly poor. Sauna is not included somehow in the resort fees and was $72 per person!

Overall good experience, hotel is very central and very clean. Staff are friendly, casino has a great atmosphere and a lot of options when it comes to food and drinks. Almost perfect on this part. Major d...isappointment - sun beds. The pool area isn’t the largest and swamped with non-residents. Myself and others spent ages trying to find a sun bed before having to leave. If you are looking for a relaxation by the pool; this hotel IS NOT FOR YOU. We pay a resort fee (pool not included) but to still expect something so basic to be able to get a lounger. Absolutely nothing. You can purchase padded beds for a ridiculous price, not worth it. Also a major disappointment is the price of €70 each to use the sauna area, not great value whatsoever. Overall this was a good experience but going to a hotel and getting a sun bed should be the minimum expectation, especially considering other hotels have a resident-only policy.

I did not get the room i booked for and it is very upsetting and there is no one at the front desk so basically you are stuck with what you get even though you planned whole trip. It just ruined my trip. ...Same happened with my other colleagues too. Not going to visit this hotel again.

Very comfortable bed, very clean room, had a smart young hip vibe to the room. Good directions on how to find the room were great, we were at the far end in bfe. ?? Great price for the room. I didn't reali...ze there was a $20 parking fee, the room price was so nice though I didn't mind terribly, though wishing I'd read better, my fault though. The check-in at the kiosk was simple. They had a lot of restaurants available, the kids enjoyed the Starbucks for breakfast. Would totally stay again.

I would consider that an Ok hotel for the price. We checked in late ant night and the room faced the pool. It wasn’t till the next day that we realized that you hear POUNDING music from pool from 9-5. W...e had already unpacked and didn’t want to pack up again to change rooms. Just note if you don’t want to hear this during the day, ask for a room that doesn’t face the pool. Room was adequate. There is no coffee maker in the room. I probably would not stay here again
