Enjoyed my stay but too expensive for what you get

connorm644 on May 08, 2025

Nice architecture in the hotel. We did not have much interaction with staff but when we did they were friendly. We had a city view room and it displayed a great view. The hotel was also beside the strip T...he toiletries in the bathroom were opened and half used. Amenities were not great. No coffee machine in the room or water refilling station in the hotel that I could see. The candy cupboard and fridge in the room were censored so if you touched them you were charged a lot of money. Genuinely felt it was overpriced for what we got. I would recommend if you are going to the Allegiant stadium or T-Mobile Arena to stay in a hotel closer to them as it's very far in the Vegas heat to get back to the Palazzo in a large crowd. We went to Wrestlemania and it took us 2 hours each night to get back from the Allegiant and that included use of the monorail

Some issues

JDL456 (West Sussex, United Kingdom) on May 08, 2025

Nice big room with a large bed and a view of the strip, although this hotel is right at the end of the strip, so you can't see any of the attractions. There is no coffee making facility in the room, and n...owhere in the fridge to store so much as a bottle of water. There are warnings that your room will be charged even if you remove something by accident. Then the second night there was a problem with key cards on a lot of rooms. Issues happen, and the important thing is how the hotel deals with it. In this case very badly. Hence the 3 stars. We went to the lobby to find a huge queue. Walked to the front of queue because it was just a key card issue, to be told everyone in he queue had this issue and we had to go to the back of the queue. While we waited this happened lots of times with people walking to the front desk, like we had, and then being told to join the queue. Some of these people had been drinking in the casino all evening and did not take it well. The hotel answer to this was to call security. So badly managed. They should have had someone dealing with people arriving with faulty key cards and putting them in separate queues away from those just checking in, and keeping them away from the front desk so those staff could be left to solve the issue
