I love Disney so it disappoints me to write that I didn’t love my recent stay. The nightly rate is not cheap and I expected a certain standard, but the Disneyland Hotel is tired. My bathroom really needed ...to be renovated low ceiling and cramped and the lack of hot water each night was annoying. Maintenance are aware of the hot water problem but they are not able to improve the situation. California park also closed early, 5pm on one day during our stay, this could have been better communicated.

We are currently staying at the Disneyland hotel and while it’s not horrible it’s far from great especially for the price you pay to stay here. Proximity to the park is wonderful. We are in a one bedroom s...uite with a sofa bed and the sofa bed is so hard and uncomfortable you don’t even need to consider it for a bed. There is an ongoing sewer smell in the room. Tonight we have NO hot water. We reported the issue and engineers are working on it. We are in the Frontier Tower and it could use a renovation. I do have to give appraise to Luis S. that gave us a lovely turn down service that we were happy to see when we arrived from dinner. Certainly a thoughtful added touch that we needed on a rainy day. At 1k per night look for other options.
