Paid thousands to be mistreated 7 days

This is literally the worst place I've ever visited. To look at the place, it's beautiful for sure. But everything else is terrible. If you're an attractive blonde, you'll be seriously mistreated by the w...omen that work there. They are full for reservations every night while the restaurant stands 3/4 empty. They open MAYBE 5 tables to be booked online so it ALWAYS says full. Everyone is demanding of tips, not appreciative. Literally demanding. The coffee people couldn't move slower or they'd go backwards. Massive line every morning and they are incredibly unhappy. Gift shop ladies - I bought the wrong bug spray, realized within 60 seconds of walking out of the store and they wouldn't let me swap it. So another $20US I had two bug spray for $60CAD. I begged our air Canada guy to switch us to another hotel and he ignored me the rest of the trip, after originally committing. I even offered more money! I just wanted to get out of there. I escalated to air Canada after... This resort looks beautiful definitely... But the people are brutal. I'll never return and warn everyone who is going there to avoid it, unless you want to be spoken to and treated like garbage.

This is my favourite DR resort!! The food, drinks and atmosphere were amazing! The entertainment staff made the whole experience! So many fun things to participate in! Alejandro and Wanda made us feel so a...t home and because of them we will be back again! 5++++ stars!
