Good: Close to airport Staff in buffet were very nice especially Romona Food was ok - you will not starve Pizza place - excellent. Nielsen was great and always remembered you Room - was ok as you only ne...ed it to sleep & shower & the pool/ ocean views were beautiful Bad: Slow check in - only 2 staff at reception - Robinson was great to work with Ac leaked 4 out of our 7 days. It was worked on 3 times but still leaked a lot Swim up pool - it’s a beautiful pool but it should be cleaned after closing in the evening not in the mornings. Water not very clear & looked dirty most days Japanese restaurant - chef was great. Wait staff not so much. Drink orders not taken until meal served and appetizers delivered 1/2 way thru meal. Restaurant was only 1/2 full and many wait staff

I got locked out of my room for three hours at midnight and then my toilet overflowed and took maintenance a day and a half to fix it and clean up the situation. Food is very poor no ability to reserve res...taurants ahead of time bar staff got my drink order wrong maybe upwards of 45 times. shout out Kenny at the front desk.
