The customer service here was so good. We never had to wait more than 20 minutes even a busy restaurant. The Italian restaurant was my absolute favorite. The workers are so kind and don’t expect tips, but ...you should obviously tip them. The drinks are very good. the food is very good. The room service is very good. It was clean. Everybody was nice. I did not have a bad experience with one person. The location is good. It’s really close to the beach. Everything is just super convenient. I have pretty high standards and I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service! Professional and very accommodating. Hector was always quick to bring us food and drinks, and always had a positive, upbeat attitude. Our drinks were always filled and we were treated wi...th respect and felt taken care of during our stay.
