Nice resort, so so service

The resort is very nice. The room was nice. They need to add chairs in the room. We had no where to eat room service other than on the bed or outside with plate on lap. The reason why I give it a 3 stars ...is that the service was very lacking. They are all very friendly that is not the issue. No refills unless you ask. Water not offered. And I had to send 4 meals back because when they came out they were not gluten free after making it very clear that they needed to be gluten free. This is not a four star resort based on the service alone. I understand they are short staffed but the details just are not there for four stars.

Poor to fair experience at best. Accommodations need additional attention. But us on the 4th floor with no elevator. Mattress was terrible. Lock on sliding door was broken and fixed with a screw and la...tch that was not acceptable. Only one remote worked. Room needs deep cleaning.
