Lake Louise Inn will be undergoing renovations facilities in building 3 from September through November 2023. Deluxe Room renovations will be ongoing from January through July 2024. Noise can be expected onsite however all efforts will be made to minimize any disruption or impact to guests.

Family friendly gem. Mini golf and pool were a great hit with kids, the views, onsite restaurants and transport to Lake a hit with adults! We were here in the height of summer as a family of 5. The loft was excellent but omg it was SO hot and worth noting no aircon. Lots of fans provided but even us Sydney siders really struggled with the heat in the loft admittedly it was unseasonably hot!

Our Front Desk Beautiful Woman, unfortunately we cant remember her name but she is from Brazil and her husband is Mexican, know this cause I asked. She was exceptional, wonderful customer service with a beautiful smile. Very helpful, answered all questions we had and remembered us in the morning when we came down for breakfast.
