Not worth the money

We paid a good amount for our room and was excited about staying on property because of the short distance to the park and early entry but the Disneyland Hotel feels very outdated. There wasnt a magical fe...el to our stay. The rooms are dark and old. The front desk didnt even have a bandaid when we asked for one. The laundry room is also at the back of the hotel which is quiet a walk from the front desk. I could not pay to stay here again, I shouldve paid more to stay at the grand california.

I love Disney so it disappoints me to write that I didn’t love my recent stay. The nightly rate is not cheap and I expected a certain standard, but the Disneyland Hotel is tired. My bathroom really needed ...to be renovated low ceiling and cramped and the lack of hot water each night was annoying. Maintenance are aware of the hot water problem but they are not able to improve the situation. California park also closed early, 5pm on one day during our stay, this could have been better communicated.
