The most relaxing place we have ever visited

Roberto was an amazing server for us at the turtle pool in villa del palmar Loreto, definitely will be back and look for him. He was above and beyond in all our needs. Ladies from the kids club took care of our kids with great activities and always with a smile ready to serve them. Ramon and his entertainment team were really good and well organized with great shows every night. They made sure that we were amazed with their performances. Great food and drinks at casa Mia restaurant. Our server Sergio Barajas was super courteous and very friendly, always making sure we were good and attending every need. If you decide to go to villa del palmar Loreto you have to use the kayaks and enjoy the view from the bay it is definitely worth it.

Having enjoyed each of Villa Group’s properties, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many excellent staff. However, without exception, my stay at Islands of Loreto stands out because of the quality of service at EVERY point of contact! Front desk (Victor, Jazmin, Ignacio), Pool (Fidel, Luis, Antonio) Food Service (Manuel, Orlando,Alonzo, Marcelo), Bell Desk (Arturo, Giovanni) and HOUSEKEEPING! (They snuck in and out, so no names) From check in with David & Alma, to special requests with Cesar (room swap) I was elated! They all made a 2 week stay perfecto!!! Thank you IOL team!! You’re the BEST!!!
