I Highly Recommend This Hotel For All Disney Trips

My girlfriend and I spent 2 days at Disney (one day at each park) so we chose this place for 3 nights because it was one of the closest. She and I were in for a big surprise because this ended up becomin...g our new favorite hotel for all of our future Disney trips. So we will be back here again next month for our next trip to Disney. There are great breakfast and dinner options here. The 24 hour mini shop near the front desk had great Disney themed souvenirs as well as excellent choices of things to eat and drink throughout our stay. The pool and spa which are open until midnight were a great place to relax and unwind after returning from the Disney parks. All of the staff and associates were very professional, friendly and courteous. Leo, the general manager, went above and beyond to make our stay great. Aliyah was another associate who went above and beyond. She was very kind, helpful and thoughtful throughout our entire stay even up until we checked out on our final day. If you're doing a Disney trip, this hotel has everything you'll need and will even provide an excellent experience before and after your time at Dsney. I recommend parking your car at the hotel and taking a short Lyft ride to the "Disneyland Drop-Off" on Harbor Boulevard. It's a very short walk to the park entrance. In fact, it's even better than Preferred parking at Disney since it's such a short walk.
Nice hotel, bad on site restaurant experience

My fiancé and I stayed here for the first time last night. Upon arrival, the hotel appeared well-maintained and modern. The lobby smelled fresh, and the check-in process was smooth. I inquired about the da...ily credit for Diamond members and was informed that it could only be used at the restaurant, which was fine. When we got to our room, it was clean and cozy, which set a good tone for our stay. However, things took a disappointing turn the next morning when we went down for breakfast. There wasn’t a single clean table available, and no staff members were around to clean them. Worse, we were told that if we ordered breakfast, it would take over an hour to receive it. My fiancé also asked about getting a latte, only to be told that no espresso drinks were available. We had planned our morning around having breakfast at the hotel, and this situation caused a significant inconvenience. It was clear that the restaurant was severely understaffed, which reflects poorly on Hilton's management. While the rest of our stay was pleasant, this experience left us quite frustrated.
