Details outlined below:
May 20 – December 10, 2024 – Renovation of rooms at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites (entire facility) and External building façade painting. Hotel services will not be affected.
June – December 10, 2024 – 1st phase of room renovation at Iberostar Rose Hall Beach (175 rooms) – Hotel Services will not be affected.
June 4 – September 24, 2024 – External building façade, painting & room balconies renovation at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach. Hotel services will not be affected.
August 12 – November 26, 2024 - Renovation of the Buffet at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites.
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

I took my two daughters ages 2 and 4 to Iberostar Selection Aug 13 2024 There were three resorts they called them Grand, Suites and Beach We stayed at the Suites which gave us full access to the Suites and Beach Hotels Properties and Amenities The resort was under going major construction and they did a good job of redirecting everything so it was minimal impact to guests The resort itself although a little out dated (hence the renovations ) was quite beautiful and well kept The pools were nice and so were the beaches The lazy river was a bit of a disappointment it was only half full and the resort provided no floats for the lazy river. They easily could have put 8-10 floats out for kids which would cost barely anything to the resort but would make a big difference for the kids. The Star Canp was really cool my daughters loved it, my older daughter was old enough to be signed it to camp Although we didn’t take advantage of that, everytime they saw her they encouraged her to come join the other kids. To give credit where it’s due, the Star Camp staff were so sweet to the kids, so lovely, and definitely made up for the poor customer service you received everywhere else. Kimberly and Rebecca were so great ! …. I had several issues with the staff being rude and dismissive. I asked a female resort employee where the bathroom was she looked at me and said I don’t know and went on her phone I paid extra to do a character breakfast the one morning run through star camp The room had no air conditioning, it was 9am my daughters were hungry as sweating. A server came by and I asked if the girls could please get some milk while we were waiting for breakfast to start She got in my face and said “one second maam can you not wait “she was very angry and embarrassed me to be honest The star camp staff could tell she offended me and assigned a new server to serve us and promptly apologized Those are just a couple examples they are at minimum 10 more like that A male server at a restaurant was hitting on me in front of my children asking me where children's father was and if he could get my number . Then proceeded to tell my friend that she was “big” When I told him that wasn’t nice he doubled down and said it’s the truth I will say my daughters had a great time at a family resort which was the ultimate goal however the service we received was off putting and surprising The other thing that surprised me was I saw arguments happening almost daily Sometimes resort staff and guests were arguing The employee hosting the Jamaica trivia night was being so rude the audience because of lack of participation he seemed miserable to be hosting I don’t understand why the staff is so mean to the guests We’ve saved our money all year to be there and there is this vibe that they’re annoyed with the guests It was odd We had a very nice gentleman check us in and say hi throughout our trip and continue to check in

The entertainment was top tier, the bartenders by the pool bar were amazing and the Japanese restaurant was really good the beach grill was crowded but the food was good however the buffet was really really good overall the staffs are amazing and we are thankful for their awesome service
