First, l want to say I loved the staff especially Tomek. He was wonderful. He made sure my husband and I had everything we needed to be comfortable telling us about all of the restaurants at the resort.He ...loved his job and making sure the we were comfortable, Now the rooms need to be upgraded. They have black mold in the bathrooms and l was not comfortable in the rooms. The owners need to do a better job on up keep. The carpet smells old. My husband thankfully had Lysol to spray. We washed everything and did not put our clothes in the draws provided. It could be top notch because it’s an adult only property. But filth will turn guest off.

This place is super nice the staff s are very intelligent professional I will definitely recommen friends and family to this super good place thanks to everyone the front desk staffs are friendly and give ...me a warm welcome I really appreciate everyone here so much to say how can forget the chiefs are the best house keeping super clean and I just love everything about this place thanks again.

I have been staying at the Warwick each time I have visited this beautiful island and each time we come for work the staff is always so generous. My coworker and I come to visit so we can award students in... the Bahamas college scholarships. This particular time the staff gave us a special gift of appreciation for giving back to the students in their country. Special shout out and much Kudos to Shama, Alexis and Tamara. Truly appreciate you ladies for ensuring that our stay was oh most pleasant! I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding lifeguards at the resort—Bre and Tyler. During my stay, both of them consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests felt safe and welcomed by the... pool. Bre was incredibly attentive and approachable. His positive attitude made it easy to ask questions, and he was always scanning the area with a watchful eye. You can tell he takes his job seriously while still creating a fun, relaxed environment for everyone. Tyler was just as professional and friendly. He was quick to offer help when needed and handled everything with a calm, confident demeanor that made me feel secure. Whether it was assisting or just offering a warm greeting, that really stood out. It’s clear that both Bre and Tyler care about the safety and enjoyment of every guest. They’re a true asset to the resort and made my time by the pool even better. Thank you both!

The resort was very clean and everyone was very nice,thanks to Sheryl the towel lady she was awesome,spoke to us everytime we passed by,Vantajha the life guard was so nice and made us feel safe and talked ...to us every time she saw us,all the bar guys and gals who brought are drinks were friendly and nice also Michelle W. the lady who cleaned our room was very nice and i liked that she intrudused herself as soon as she saw us.great resort
