I recently stayed in Margaritaville Resort Orlando and was incredibly disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was filthy, with stained sheets and chairs, dust, and dirt on the walls, glass on the patio, an empty shower gel dispenser, and mold on bathroom ceilings. Additionally, the bathroom flooring was warped and coming up. While the lobby was clean and smelled fantastic, the walk from the lobby to the room was unbearably hot due to the lack of air conditioning outside. Not fun when you are hauling luggage. I emailed the resort to inquire about the typical room standards.  I want to disclose the general email address customerservice@margaritaville.com shared 3 email addresses with me to contact the Orlando resort directly.  Orlando has been unresponsive.  A response from Orlando would have been appreciated and gone a long way in how I feel about the resort now. I am very disappointed with my stay at Margaritaville Resort Orlando and would not recommend it to others. The cleanliness and overall condition of the room were unacceptable, especially considering the price.   So I ask you yet again Margarittivlle Orlando, is this what customers should expect from you?

Cottage stay is fantastic. We got a 4 bedroom elite cottage for 2 adults, 2 older teens and one 5 year old. It was great. The teens stayed on the third floor with their own bedrooms and bathrooms. We stayed with our 5 year old on the second floor and master bath. There is also a half bath on the first floor just inside from the private pool & jacuzzi. Plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other unless we wanted to be. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, Tv in all the rooms, 2 balconies, grill on the pool patio . Plenty of great walking areas and of course the resort itself is kept up well, has multiple pools and plenty of pool seating. You can get a cabana for as little as about $100, much cheaper than what we’ve paid in other places. Just a few dining options in the main hotel, but we bought groceries to mostly cook meals in the cottage and there are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The Sunset walk area has multiple restaurants and live music at night. Tip: if you need baby/toddler items such as high chair, crib, stroller, etc you can rent them. Note it on your reservation. This is a relaxed Margaritaville atmosphere so don’t expect to dress up. We have also stayed at the Margaritaville Hollywood beach hotel, which was great as well. But other than Hollywood being on the beach and Orlando being inland, this resort is better due to the cottages. We say plenty of people enjoying as many as 15 adults in their backyard pools while here. Only downside is it is end of season so it was super quiet during our whole trip.

This was our sixth visit to Margaritaville-the first being during the "covid pandemic", This resort is amazing. Each time we visit we were concerned about the cottage/condo not being as nice as the previous visit(s). No worries at all. The cottage/condos are spotless-as the son of an Italian mother, I know about cleanliness. I would not stay anywhere else. The cost is more than reasonable compared to staying "on property" The kitchen has everything you need-washer and dryer for your clothes---what more could you ask for----so pack your bags-leave your democrap-run state behind and head to the home state of DJT---Hit the one of the ghetto Walmart's-stock up on food-and pack your PBJ and freeze your waters for the park or the pool. There's even a Wawa at the entrance of Margaritaville for the Philly peeps. If I had one "suggestion" it would be to make the TV remotes a little less complicated-LOL BTW-Check out Ford's Garage

Our Cottage stay 10/10 and when we went to main resort our bartender Danny at the tiki bar at pool was awesome made our experience at the pool the best, great drinks. Deserves recognition conversation and drinks were great. Would definitely return again.

We stayed here for 2 weeks recently, family of 4 and it was incredible. We loved it and we didn’t want to leave, it was that good! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the grounds are pristine, food is lovely and the coffee,…wow! We’ll definitely be back. If I could fault just a couple of small things: • It’d be would be worth investing in high end battery rechargeable leaf blowers and hedge trimmers as the noise was going on for 2 hours some mornings with ‘petrol’ engines revving. • Plastic waste. We felt that there was far too much supplied in the provisions area. Could you not supply the food in cardboard boxes and paper bags, then have recycle bins for, glass, plastics, cardboard and general waste?
