Where should I start. The check in and check out people were friendly and customer service. Our family stayed 2 nights to be close to family and the parks. The beds are small and very uncomfortable! Same w...ith pillows, are not comfy! Rooms and everything in them are so outdated! Housekeeping didn't clean our room the whole 2 days we stayed! Nor made or beds! And very rude. The only thing I enjoyed very morning was breakfast! Great variety of breakfast foods and the coffee. And I promised Maria I would mention her in my review. She smiled and greet me the first morning breakfast I was there!! She was the only one who made me feel welcome there and you can tell she truly enjoys what she does! Our family will never go to this hotel Never!
Lack of communication waste of money Should not be a Marriott

This is an average hotel. The beds are not comfortable. Staff was kind. I called and asked for late check out, Due to my status they allowed 2. They also stated that it is $20 an hour for anything beyond ...2. Well they were not clear because at 2 I told them I would pay, they said no. I had to tell them in advance. They made me pay for another night. This was a weekday at a non busy time.
