Great hotel, seaweed spoiler

Hotel is very nice and food options are very good. Unfortunately, the seaweed is killing the experience of going to Cancun-Tulum area. If one is going for the beach (my case), the beach becomes really ugly... with the seaweed Aremi in specialty restaurants and Erick with the entertainment team provide excellent service, very attentive and proactive.

My wife Heidy and I went to Dreams during our recent vacation. We are new VIP members of the World of Hyatt Travel Club, which Dreams is part of. We absolutely love it here. The atmosphere is 2nd to none. ...There is so much to do there. We received the Royal treatment from Jan while we were on the beach during the day. He took extra special care of us and we are forever grateful to have met him. And at night the entertainment was Top Notch. I highly recommend Dreams. You’ll never want to wake up ??
