This is the best resort to stay at in Varadero! We had the best trip coming here and will be back every time we come to Varadero! The rooms, the food, the drinks, the staff, the pools and beach, all amazin...g and wouldn’t change a thing! I want to highlight the staff especially. They were all wonderful for the duration of our stay, so kind, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Arasay, Yuri, Balery, Carlos, Jimmy, Randy, and so so many others were all absolutely great to us and our friends! Cannot wait to come back again soon to see them all. We will be bringing our friends and family back here anytime we get the chance!

I’ve been to this resort 3 times and I can tell you this resort is fantastic,people of Cuba are very friendly and knowledgeable about their country,this resort is very clean and food was great ,but no pota...toes,Staff and management go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable,Iwill be returning every year for many I hope,thank you for a great holiday,special thanks to the manager xoxo

Dani’s the entertainment on beach for exercise and dancing was great. Very happy and gets everyone involved. She does a wonderful job. Yony the beach guy that gives chairs for everyone goes above and bey...ond for his job. They have great workers at this resort. ??

This was my first trip to Cuba and the staff at Vista Azul made it the best experience I’ve ever had, they are the sweetest humans, the shows were top notch and the performers are incredibly talents, the b...ar, buffet and snack staff really become like family and making leaving so hard ??. My only complaints would be public bathrooms ( some without toilet seats, no Toilet paper most of the time), repetitive food at buffet ( but what is there is super tasty, and the pools end at 6pm, would be nice if they went until at least sunset. Other then those 3 pretty small issues it’s been the time of our lives, thank you Vista Azul ( Yordeny, Leslie, Adrian, Anet, Wilson, Victor) we love you all ??

This was our sixth time visiting Playa Vista Azul, and we couldn't be happier with our experience there. We are already planning to return in 2026. The staff at this resort are incredible, we call them ou...r second family. They are all so welcoming, kind, and always going out of their way to ensure our experience is nothing short of excellent. Special shout-out goes out to the following staff for making our experience truly memorable: - Letsa (customer service manager) and Arasay (Premium manager), Thalia (customer service relations), Geidys (customer service rep), Jose (front desk) - Entertainment team: Carmen, Odette, Lester, Gaby, Hanny - Yandry (cleaned off our beach chairs every day) and was thrilled to see us again. - Premium bar staff: Lisbette and Carlito. - Premium butlers: Yuriel, Haydee, Amilcar, - Coral restaurant: Katia and her team were amazing. - Beach bar: Yailyn. - Pool bar: Jahira - Italian restaurant: Yamaisy. - Room maid: Julia All throughout our stay they had a wide selection of food for all three courses. We had fresh lobster frequently, as well as various other forms of seafood. They often prepared whole roasts of pig, ham, and beef. Chicken was also available on a daily basis. Each day we had the option of having lunch on the beach, which would typically include some sort of roast, sandwiches, etc. A new lunch room was just completed by the beach this year, where we enjoyed the majority of our lunch meals. We stayed in the premium section on the resort and couldn't have been more pleased with our room and the service. Our maid went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed (I.e extra towels, water, etc) and would always leave us with a pleasant surprise. Since our first time visiting this resort (2019), the resort has gone through plenty of renovations, and is always being updated to ensure the highest standard possible. This year we noticed they added additional lounge chairs, picnic tables, and umbrellas to the beach. We have visited several different resorts all across Cuba over the years (Holguin, Cayo Coco, Cayo Santa Maria, and Varadero) and no resort has ever felt quite like this one. We are proud to call it our home away from home. Thank you once again to Letsa and Arasay for going above and beyond for my husband and I, truly ensuring our stay was yet another unforgettable one. We cannot wait to return again and are expecting to be back April/May 2026 with our children and grand kids. Thank you Playa Vista Azul, we can't wait to see you all again :)
