This hotel is absolute perfection in my eyes. Everyone was so nice and caring after a canceled flight and then a flight delay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. They had a shower and a batht...ub big enough for the water to go up to my upper arms and most of my body submerged. The bed was so comfortable and cozy. They have room service and also a restaurant. They have luggage help and the hotel is directly above US departures area. The room overlooked the runway and mountains. They even include a plane spotting guide! I would definitely love to stay here again.

You’re right on top of the airport, 5min. walk for us:) Fairmont was great about getting us into our room early:) Wife hurt her leg on cruise and couldn’t walk:( Fairmont put us in a handicap room:) let us... use a wheelchair:) helped us down to airport check-in:) I could talk about ALL the things we loved about the Fairmont, but the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! Their people went above and beyond ????
