Meet 2021 President’s Award winner, Nicole Sellick Morrison
Twenty-year WestJetter, Nicole Sellick Morrison, Cabin Crew Member (CCM), WestJet, is one of 16, President’s Award winners from 2021. Always leading with compassion, Nicole shows up with the intention to brighten the days of each guest she meets along with her fellow WestJetters.
With an uncanny ability to make anyone feel right at home, Nicole illustrates to guests that it’s not just about the destination, but instead, enjoying every step of the journey. Those who work alongside Nicole feel lucky to do so and credit the ease with which she can lift spirits by offering a laugh or a helping hand.
We sat down with Nicole to ask her a few questions about WestJet and what being a President’s Award winner means to her:

What is one thing you want to share with our guests?
I would just like to share how much I appreciate our guests for flying with us. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t be doing my dream job.
What does winning a WestJet Group Award mean to you?
It is magical, my heart is so full. Being recognized by your peers is the most rewarding accomplishment. I feel truly blessed and thankful.
