WestJet Rewards earn request for flight reaccommodation
If you recently booked with WestJet and there was an involuntary change to your itinerary (i.e. the change was initiated by the airline) resulting in:
- your itinerary being changed to a flight on a partner airline and;
- not earning the expected amount of WestJet dollars and/or qualifying spend for your trip.
We invite you to complete this form. We will evaluate and, if eligible, we will make the adjustment based on the original base fare paid to WestJet for your ticket. Please allow 30 days for the adjustment to be made to your account. Only submissions associated with involuntary changes to the partner airlines listed below will be considered.
Your flight must meet all the following criteria to be considered as eligible:
- All flights on the original booking were WestJet-marketed flights (i.e. marketing carrier was WestJet and had WS flight numbers, either operated by WestJet or a codeshare partner airline) and normally eligible for awarding of WestJet dollars, tier qualifying spend and milestone qualifying spend as specified in the WestJet Rewards program terms and conditions;
- You were a member of WestJet Rewards on date of travel;
- Your WestJet Rewards ID was on the booking;
- Your reaccommodated flight was flown in the 12 months preceding your earn request submission.
- The new flight on which you were reaccommodated was on one of the following codeshare partner airlines:
Aeromexico | Condor Airlines |
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines |
Air France | Delta Air Lines | Korean Air |
Air Transat | Japan Airlines |
Qantas Airways |
