Bulk orders must be purchased on the gift card portal for business, once you register for an account. For bulk orders, gift cards can be purchased in any denomination between $25 CAD and $5,000 CAD per gift card up to a maximum cart order of $150,000 CAD.
Single purchase orders must be made on westjet.com/giftcards and can be purchased in any denomination between $25 CAD and $5,000 CAD up to a maximum cart order of $10,000 CAD.

Plastic gift card bulk orders must be shipped to a single address. eGift gift card bulk orders can be sent to multiple addresses by uploading a CSV file with the email addresses specified. eGift card links can also be delivered via an XLS file and delivered through an internal corporate system.
No. The personal message used on a bulk order will be that same for all gift cards within the order.
Add a carrier and envelope with your order for $0.25 per card. Each plastic gift card will be affixed to an 8.5" x 11" carrier and placed inside an envelope. Carrier information includes: to, from, message, and card value.
All gift card bulk orders can be viewed in the ‘History’ tab once signed into your account on the gift card portal.
Plastic gift cards can only be shipped to addresses within Canada. An eGift card can be delivered to any valid email address.
Plastic and eGift cards purchased on westjet.com do not have an expiry date.
Permission is required for use of WestJet trademarks and logos for the purpose of advertising, as an endorsement for a product or service, or for any other purpose. Contact your WestJet sales representative for approval to use WestJet trademarks and logos or for use of WestJet gift cards as part of a corporate loyalty program.
For plastic gift cards the gift card number and access code are located on the back of your gift card. For eGift cards the gift card number and access code can be viewed through a link within your eGift card email.

A maximum of one gift card is permitted per booking. You can combine a single gift card with a payment card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Discover) to cover the cost of the transaction if necessary. Multiple gift cards cannot be consolidated into a single gift card.

For eGift Cards, have the recipient check their Junk or Spam folder. After you have confirmed the order details and it is past the expected delivery time, please contact us.
Gift cards are treated like cash; WestJet is not responsible for any stored value balance on gift cards which are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
Applicable fare rules apply for bookings paid for with a gift card.
WestJet gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash except where required by law. The remaining value of a gift card does not expire and can be used for future travel on WestJet.
WestJet dollars cannot be earned on the purchase of WestJet gift cards. WestJet Rewards members will earn WestJet dollars on flights booked with a WestJet gift card if the fare purchased is eligible for accrual of WestJet dollars.
WestJet Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
