Would recommend Krystal Cancún.

Krystal Cancún met my overall expectations. The hotel was very clean. Our room could’ve used a paint job, but I didn’t care because we didn’t spend much time there. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Alicia made our omelettes every morning and she was awesome. We made sure to sit in Daniel‘s section every day. We loved him. Montserrat and Aracely brought us drinks by the beach, they were so lovely. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a nice location, close to restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. Taxis queue at the hotel. If you can, ask for Roberto.

First Impressions seem unfavorable

Throw out your first impressions at the door. Yes the hotel is dated and you can see that. The rooms are damp and due to the high humidity the rooms have a smell. Although the hotel is over 40 years old it's taken care of. The staff after they see you a few times are friendly and helpful. We had the water view and the weather was perfect. Also, this hotel is close to night life and shopping. If you can not see the imperfections in this hotel and see the grace of an older hotel it's a amazing experience

Bewaere of this Krystal Cancún employe. Threatened with "dissappear" my son. This Krystal cancun employee threat my son with "dissappear " him and put him where nobody will find him. Reported to the management but they stopped answering me after ee leaved the hotel. I send e.ails to krystal concierge costumer service and after a week no answer. Stay away from this place if you value your family's safety.

Worst Customer Service and Rooms Ever!!!

To whom it may concern, Nora and Monica which guest services did an excellent job getting my husband and I an upgraded room with a balcony room #1731 in Tower A. This is our 2 year Wedding Anniversary. We were told to pack our things to move out of the standard room that was provided with our Monster package. We packed dropped off our belongings to the front desk and waiting 4 hours. When we’re returned to get our new room, the front desk explained they had given away our room and the only other room that was available was room #1357 in tower B. This is when everything we down hill. We ended up moving to 4 different rooms in 2 days because of the room problems. Which took up half of our 5 night trip. Please see notes, photos and video below of the horrible room issues. Details: room #1357 We could not sleep all night. Finally feel asleep at 7am in the morning. Missed breakfast, it was the most uncomfortable bed my husband and I have ever slept in. Hard bed felt like bricks, horrible sheets and pillow cases felt like linen, scratches and itchy. The Pillows were extremely hard. Couldn’t sleep all night. My husband woke up with neck and back pain. When I looked at the bed noticed Sealy Bed was turned upside down (see pics) Air condition did not work Bathroom sink had a leak ( see video) smelled like mold in room (Worst room we have ever had) 4th Room disgusting and unacceptable- RM #1501 Tub was on when we entered the room. Tub had particles of throw up in the tub and trash can. Had to shut off bath tub because the water was running with throw up floating around. Toilet is not working had to use trash can that happened to be filled with throw up to flush the toilet. (See Pics) Going to have to use the trash can filled with water to flush the toilet every time because the water is not refilling in the back of the toilet. Cannot flush without water. Faucet in bathtub is falling off the wall and will not turn off. (See picks) Cold water does not work on sink. Water also runs black. Loud construction work being done outside our room early in the morning. Room smells like mold This is the second trip with Monster that has been disastrous. Both on our Anniversary which is totally unacceptable. Please contact us ASAP to try and rectify this issue. Sincerely, Trevor and Ajeenah Kirksey

Good stuff

So good! I love justo. He was our waiter and he was fantastic. We will definitely request him again. We have received bad service here but he was really good. The pizza was good and the salmon was fantastic. I have tiramisu on the way. I am very excited for it.
