This hotel is the absolute closest you can get to the Disney entrance. It made it very easy to go back to the hotel for breaks. the hot tub was great but it’s right beside one of the hallways and practical...ly in the parking lot. The staff lacked any kind of enthusiasm. The hotel is old and you have to walk down dark exterior hallways to get to your room. The room itself was old but clean. The two biggest negatives for me were the so called free “breakfast”. Do not be fooled by this. It is in the building next door to the hotel up a flight of stairs, with no access if you’re in a stroller or wheelchair. Yogurt comes out of a machine, and they served frozen eggo waffles with tiny slices of bacon. It was so bad we couldn’t finish it, it ended up in the trash. We never went back. We were there from Thurs - Sunday and paid $1760 Canadian. Obviously you are paying for location so they can get away with a terrible breakfast but for that price I expect way more.

The hotel is perfectly located across the road from the main Disneyland and California Adventure park entrances. The hotel is a just about average and the rooms really do need a lick of paint and a general...ly update to make the place more family friendly, brighter and less dingy. That said, it is standard for hotels in the area (they're not great but adequate). All of the staff encounter were very pleasant and there wasn't any problems with the room albeit the mattress was a bit too soft for our liking. We wouldn't stay again but if I was a family on a budget I can see the appeal.

This was a Disney vacation and this hotel has a great location - literally across the street from the main Disney entrance. The staff was also above average and the included breakfast buffet was good. Howe...ver, the premium price you are paying as compared to nearby hotels is literally all for the location. The hotel itself could use an update and a refresh. We had two rooms and one room had a terrible bed. The showers are difficult to regulate but there was plenty of hot water. The bedding was old. One room faced Harbor Blvd and the road noise was very high. When we opened the blinds to see if a window was perhaps open, we instead found filthy windows. The overall vibe of the rooms was just sad, dark and a little run down. The pool and hot tub area is very basic. There were very limited pool towels available. Three members of our group who used the pool and hot tub developed rashes, which is not a common experience for us. Not sure we'd return here For a few more steps down Harbor Blvd we've spent less and had a better overall room experience.

The hotel offers a pleasant stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. It’s conveniently located near attractions, making it a great choice for family trips. However, some areas could use updates, and the b...reakfast selection was a bit limited. Overall, a solid option for a comfortable stay!

This is the place to stay for a visit to Disneyland. It is literally just across the street from the main entrance. The cost was half of what a stay at a Disneyland Resort hotel would cost plus a free, d...elicious, hot breakfast was included. The breakfast is served at the restaurant next door to the hotel. It included eggs, pancakes or waffles, potatoes, ham, bacon, or sausage, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea and milk. The rooms were clean and provided everything we needed. There is a hot tub and small pool which were clean.
