Cramped, small rooms that leave you feeling more like a sardine. No real treats available in the form of amenities. Just a crappy overpriced hotel where there are other options around. When I am in town for a show I will find some place that cares.

Great place to stay. Superior customer service. Very warm and friendly while being extremely helpful. Room was excellent. French press and real coffee in the room. The library was beautiful and a wonderful place to relax and have a drink from the bar. Restaurant was lovely, food was delicious. Definitely returning to the Heathman.
