The Outstanding Seabird Ocean Resort and Spa!

This was our 2nd visit to the Seabird. We returned because of the outstanding time and outstanding service we experienced our first visit . Chanel, Lillyanna, Grace and Tyron were outstanding and so help...ful during our last stay. We will return! The Seabird should be considered by anyone who wants a great stay in Oceanside.
Beautiful & Beachy with 1st class service

I almost hesitate to share this review because the Seabird, along with its sister hotel, the Mission Pacific Beach Resort, has become a special place for our family. For those with young children, the Seab...ird is particularly well-suited. The rooms are cheerfully decorated with a nautical theme, and the bathrooms are modern and clean. The hotel lobby is immaculate, and the dining options are excellent. Above all, the service is truly outstanding! During our stay, we needed extra towels and encountered the housekeeping staff as they were finishing their shift. They went above and beyond by returning to the hotel, accessing the linen closet, and delivering the towels to our room, even though they were technically off the clock. On another occasion, when picking up takeout, we discovered the restaurant had forgotten to include cutlery. I went to the hotel's restaurant, Pipers, and Frankie, the host, not only offered to get us plastic ware, but when he realized there were only two sets available for our family of four, he insisted on providing us with real plates and silverware, stating, "You have to do things the right way." Additionally, when we needed extra water and had a case in our car, the valet staff offered to bring a shopping bag to the car to carry the water for us. Instead, they decided to bring our car up front, so we could easily access all the water we needed. Their service was truly above and beyond. We appreciate the first-class service at Seabird, and our kids especially love the various activities, with movie night in the pool being their absolute favorite!
