We checked out at 11AM. While in the car we realized we forgot some items in the room. On the phone from 11:45AM to 5PM and then the. Next day to get my three items. And you guessed it … nothing. Not one department starting from Housekeeping ro Security to front desk to supervisor desk … helped us recover ore items - phone charging block, 10’ cord and a linen ladies pant suit. Zero effort and cooperation by Harrah’s staff. And we are being told “can’t find” it. Bogus. Hopefully a responsible executive will get back to us. In any case will be writing a letter to their CEO. Nightmare.

Prepaid and check in so I could use the kiosk. Flight was delayed 4 times. When we finally got in, the Kiosks wouldn’t work and they gave our room away! Front desk Staff was snide and not helpful. We waited over an hour at the front desk to be told our room wasn’t available anymore.
