Family holiday

By far the best accommodation ever! We stayed in the cove suites and had the most perfect views. Beautiful resort and beaches. Food was good with a good variety. Resort was very quiet and lacked evening entertainment. We went late August beginning of September and did get the feeling the staff were winding down.

The Best Resort Ever!

Jeff D on Aug 20, 2024

This is definitely the best resort in the Caribbean. My significant other and I spent 5 glorious days at Blue Waters Resort and Spa. The rooms are excellent with full amenities. The three restaurants offer both fine and casual dining with varying menus and entertainment each night. The three-plus pools are excellent with a full array of water sports. We will be back in less than 3 months. Great, friendly staff! Highly recommended!

SIMPLY PARADISE!

Julesredwine (Fonthill, Canada) on Aug 15, 2024

Having visited Antigua a few times previously we were looking for somewhere special to celebrate our anniversary, and we certainly chose the perfect place. We stayed from 24 July for 7 nights. A truly beautiful and relaxed resort, with lovingly manicured gardens and made up of a team of exceptional staff across the board. Three Wonderful clean beaches and a selection of pools to choose from. All three restaurants were excellent as were the bars. Accommodation was fantastic, we stayed in room 101 deluxe beachfront which had superb views across the bay, and was kept meticulously clean! Throughout the resort the attention to detail was evident. Upon arrival we were greeted by Amanda, who was very gracious and welcoming. Thank you for the Champagne & Anniversary cake! and turtle! We were very impressed to receive stainless water containers, which must eliminate thousands of plastic water bottles each year. There were water refilling stations everywhere you went. Our room was perfect, with views over the Bay, a good size balcony, with comfy loungers, and a stand for drying swimwear. The bar drinks were stocked up daily if you needed anything. The bathroom was a good size with great lotions & potions by Neem Avenue! We loved the smaller cove beach which was generally quiet, and the blue water was ideal to swim in, and a great spot to watch the Pelicans fishing! A big thank you to the staff at the Reef who brought lunch and drinks to our sun loungers. They really should be wearing shorts and flip flops in the heat! The other main beach is where you will find a good variety of sailing options, which was great fun. We went to all the restaurants for dinner where the food and service were excellent, with varied menus throughout the week. Lamb hock at the palms was especially good, as was the steak and fish at the Cove. If you have the chance, do go to the BBQ, it's great fun, there's plenty of different food options, and they put so much effort into making it special. Breakfast at the palms was always very good with an a la carte menu and a full buffet selection. Their fresh Smoothies get your day started! Live entertainment after dinner a few times during the week was enjoyable. All the staff are so very friendly and happy to chat with you, lovely that the gardening crew asked if we wanted to help! The housekeeping team laughing with us about our day - so thank you to everyone for being so gracious in sharing your Island with us. We were amazed that throughout our stay we were always greeted by our names! A special mention to Dehra for making our anniversary week so special, and for telling us about all the positive changes she has seen at the resort over her 17 years there. Daniella for always taking the time to come see us to say hi and asking about our day, Kacy for being Kacy and making us smile with his great sense of humour, if you don't like cake he'll rustle you up the best ice cream and passion fruit sorbet, which was wondissimo! Kina for her warmth, and ensuring everyone was happy in the Palms. Tiquesha for helping us with so much! Diondre for moving us in and moving us out! Not so happy about the moving out part! We also met some lovely guests during our stay, many of which have been visiting for several years, and who we have kept in touch with since our return home. Blue Waters is a very special resort and if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing time you'll love it, and we very much look forward to returning again soon!

Shabby chic Caribbean at its best!

PauloB66 (Cheltenham, United Kingdom) on Aug 13, 2024

Our family had the most memorable week at Blue Waters, Pelican House is perfectly spacious for a few families travelling together. Nicole was the perfect host from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble! The staff are all very friendly and it’s a great resort for kids with lots to do. They certainly have enough pools and restaurants to dive into at any time of the day. The Cove restaurant is stunning and has beautiful food, but so does the Reef and Palm, regularly changing specials and menu choices. The weather didn’t disappoint either! We will certainly return, much like many other families we spoke with during the week!

Fabulous Blue Waters Resort and Spa!!

Linda M on Aug 09, 2024

Blue Waters Resort and Spa is outstanding! Food at all restaurants is delicious. Must try the pumpkin fritters, cod fritters and Antiguan, Herbal infused Bush tea!! The BBQ at The Palm once a week, is an absolute feast that will surely please any palette. Staff are kind and attentive. Rooms are spotless with invigorating air conditioning. A beautiful and comfortable home away from home. Highly recommend!
