He quickly delivered us to Omar who was extremely attentive and meticulous to details he made it a birthday to remember. Yinnett! You are a super star! I book Royalton chic Punta Cana for my bday vacation trip. I’m writing this post because I received exceptional customer service and assistance from night manager Jorge Perez Martinez. Very attentive ,quickly response and kind. Thank you ??

My wife & I had the amazing experience of staying at the Royalton Chic, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. This was 10 days of total relaxation in a lovely, high quality hotel with a relaxed & friendly atmosphere. The range of food options was great & tasted good. It was easy to find a spot by the swimming pool area or the beach. The staff are friendly, professional & amazing. Special mention to Rafael bartender extraordinaire in Taboo bar, Gabriel & Tedora (Teddy) , waiters who frequently served us, just simply fantastic at their jobs. Then we have our concierges for the block we stayed, Yadira, Chalas & Jamelia, they were amazing, making sure our stay went well, nothing was ever any bother to them, always with a smile too. Thank you all & we would definitely come back again.

We have had a wonderful time and would return again Fantastic service, beautiful staff inside and out … a true credit to the #Royalton Chic hotel Punta Cana resort and casino ..Uvero Alto beach …Nothing was ever to much for them to do for us . We will definitely be back . ??Big shout to Yeadira, Cindy Chalas, Jamelia and Yennifer the staff / concierge in apartments 5 . Shout to Teddy and Gabriel in the buffet restaurant and Raphael in the Taboo bar . Best cocktails ever ?? We loved the fact that you can get involved in the lively activities or find a quiet spot around the pool or on the beach . Karoake night was our favourite ??.

Just returned from a 2 week break all inclusive holiday at the Royalton CHIC Punta Cana, excellent service from all the staff from when we arrived until departure. The rooms were very comfortable, well presented and cleaned every day to a high standard. The food was amazing, fresh with a vast choice in all the 4 restaurants, the Elements Gourmet Buffet (Eddy the head chef was outstanding, friendly and nothing was a problem), snack bar and Munchies by the pool, cooked and served by the fantastic friendly staff. The entertainment was really good, the first week the DJ music was more of a spring break which was understandable as the majority of guests preferred that music. The foam parties were great and well supervised by 4 lifeguards and the entertainment staff. The pool bars and the main bar had a huge variety of branded spirits at no extra cost, once again the staff were excellent The Royalton had its own TUI Ambassador (Angel a friendly, well spoken, knowledgeable guy who made sure our holiday was the best it could be) for the TUI guests and he would contact me everyday informing us what was happening, from the meals / BBQ night / entertainment etc, asking if we had any problems, issues. Angel even organised a Cabana meal for the 2 of us on our last night.
