You can now chat with a live agent to make specific changes to existing bookings. Here is what we can help you with through live chat: 

  • Apply WestJet dollars to an existing booking that has a remaining balance owing
  • Name corrections  
  • Change the title or gender on an existing booking 
  • Add a WestJet Rewards ID to an existing booking
  • Hotel room requests
  • Request E-docs
  • Request invoices
  • Add an email to an existing booking
  • Add a phone number to an existing booking
  • Add Special Service requests to an existing booking such as WCHR, WCHS, CHLD, INFT, WVIG. Please note that some Special Service requests will need to be booked through the WestJet Vacations Support Team.
  • Accept a same day schedule change or change a flight to another on the same day.

You can chat with a live agent by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner of this page. Before you start your chat, please have the following ready:

  1. Your full name 
  2. The seven digit booking reference 
  3. First and Last name on the booking 
  4. Email address on the booking 
  5. Your IATA/TIDS number


Please note that our agents are available on live chat seven days a week from 6 a.m. MT – 8 p.m. MT and can only make changes to existing bookings.
