• WestJet dollars are awarded on the cost of your rental before taxes, fees, charges and optional extras.
• Rental car transactions are not eligible towards annual qualifying spend in the WestJet Rewards program.
• WestJet Rewards ID must be provided at the time of reservation. Only one member per car rental will earn WestJet dollars.
• WestJet dollars cannot be divided between multiple WestJet Rewards members.
• Please allow up to 30 days for WestJet dollars to be posted to your account.
• A flight is not required to earn WestJet dollars.
• WestJet dollars can be earned for rentals in North America, Central America, the Caribbean and Europe.

1. Sign into your account.
2. Open the WestJet Rewards section.
3. Submit a new request under Missing rewards.
