The Palladium continues to offer an affordable, amazing tropical all inclusive vacation that is second to none in the Riviera Maya. This is my twentieth time here and it gets better each trip. I love the staff, they are family. Jonathan, Gio, Victor, Sindy, Kelly, Veronica, Lucy, Tony, Mya, Ivan, Irvin, Maria, Christian, Jesus, Brodie, Jimmie, Fernando, Adi, Naydeline, Gabby, Laura, Kenia, Ernesto, Adele, Hugo, Hector, Fernanda, Paty, Deimi, Martha, and so many more that make our trips (17 days) the very best. For us, we really enjoyed the TRS restaurants, the pool bar at Family Select (best lunch food at the resort), Chang Thai, and Helios at lunch while we enjoy Caprichio for breakfast. We love the travel club beach the most and the Romance Villas because they are central to everything. We love the cart service travel club provides. The bottled Bohemia beer at Helios is my favorite. Also love the chips and peanuts they leave in the room. We come twice a year for 17 days each time. We’ve made many friends that come at the same time we do and also enjoy meeting people I’ve chatted with on Facebook. Another amazing stay and I’m coming back in June and December this year!! Love the resort and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great location for excursions, very clean hotel, buffet at Hacienda for breakfast and dinner were excellent, Japanese restaraunt was stand out, the other restaraunts were dissapointing as lacked quality and atmosphere not the best. Excellent pool options, activities etc. Beach couod be better, shame about The seaweed but they did try daily to clear this. Beautiful water and good for a dip! Would still return, mudslide cocktails all the way!
