This was our second trip to Sandals Antigua. We decided to return to this resort because of the staff, beautiful location, and the relaxing environment. Two of the staff that made our trip very special were Ericka and Sylvia that worked at the Cafe de Paris. They not only remembered our names from the last trip but remembered the diet restrictions. Their warm and welcoming personalities as well as their smile made us feel extremely welcomed and special. They both were more than accommodating and went above and beyond. Another staff that worked at the pizza place Natasia, always had a smile and remembered us from the previous year. She always greeted us with her sweet and welcoming smile and had cold drinks ready for us to begin our day at the pool. We rented a cabana for the day for a birthday celebration. Marsha greeted us that morning with welcoming warm smiles of happy birthday. She took very good care of our needs all day and made sure we felt very special for our birthday. She greeted us throughout the week and wished us happy birthday until we departed. We had a birthday dinner at OK Corral and Temisha made sure it was a wonderful experience mainly due to Temisha remembering us from the last trip we had. She made sure our dinner was special. She went out of her way and presented a birthday card to us from all of the staff. It was a special time for us to remember. All of these ladies are very sweet and caring and make the experience so fun and memorable.

Shanique pool side service was amazing. She delivered us coconut shrimp daily which were delicious! the bartwnder ziggy at Mediterranean pool makes delicious drinks even delicious mocktails adaptive to our needs. Thank you sandals! Highly recommend
