We've stayed at many Dreams/Secrets and this one had the best service and food we've had so far! Eduardo was our concierge in the preferred lounge and he was amazing... he took the time to show us around and gave us some really great tips. Jesus was my favorite preferred lounge bartender and he always remembered my drink. Alexi is THE BEST preferred pool server and would bring things before we even had to ask! At the Bluewater grill we had amazing service from Wilfredo, Rodrigo and Ruben... the manager even checked with us every meal. At Vista Prime, ask for Rodrigo and you won't be disappointed! He has sooo much experience and it shows! At Portofino, Jose will take great care of you! Lastly, Alondra and Karina with UVC were so great and we were lucky to have them take care of us! The only downside here is the rooftop pool is warm, a little too tranquil, and the water could do with a cleaning. Downstairs pool can get a little windy.

Cannot recommend more. Everything is spotless, the food is delicious in every restaurant, the staff are absolutely stellar and there’s so much to do and see. I will definitely be back.
