Amazing experience and can’t wait to return with our family of 6!

From the moment we checked in the stay was amazing. Our family of six (4 children ages 7,11,13,18) all had an amazing experience. There was truly something for everyone! A few things stand out to us - food, atmosphere, and the play centre at the water park. All the restaurants were great but Juan at Le Chateau (French restaurant) was outstanding and made our ‘date night’ so much better. The atmosphere and ambience at the grand is stellar and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Lastly, the play centre staff were all fantastic with our 7 year old. They remembered him each day by name and last going off our son didn’t want to leave. The young ladies there are all great at what they do! Nightlife was not as lively as other resorts we have been too however, our trip was a family event. We did enjoy the family karaoke hours (6-9 pm) and the bar staff were really great! Overall, if you are thinking about going to this resort, do it. You will have the best experience!
A grand stay

This was our second time to stay at the grand & it did not disappoint. From having our concierge Enrique set most of the things up before we arrived, to the butlers, Jorge & fernando giving us the best service possible, it was marvelous. We were in the 3 bedroom villa. Private pool and hot tub with multiple chaise loungers and seats. Beautiful views of the beach. Stayed very cool in the room after long days of drinking or golfing . Plenty of hot water and comfy beds and pillows. Multiple pool and dining options. So many we could not visit them all. Pool attendant Anabel made sure our drinks stayed full. Can’t say enof about the friendly people, and top notch service. Will go again 100%.
