Relaxing Week at Cozumel Palace

We stayed at the Cozumel Palace during the week of April 27, 2024 and we had a great time. The resort has beautiful views and awesome boat traffic to watch. It is very clean and in a great location. The staff is amazing and very friendly. We asked to switch rooms and the front desk was very accommodating and arranged a new room for us. Perla, Jennifer, Alan, and Martha provided exceptional service and always had a smile for everyone. Even those that were difficult and maybe didn’t quite deserve a smile. We are scuba divers but due to a previous back injury, we skipped diving this trip and just relaxed. The snorkeling and paddle boards were fun to use. My only complaint is that I booked a honeymoon suite and we weren’t made away that we could make a reservation for dinner and use the reserved sand area. It would have been nice if someone reviewed the perks of our room. The food was good for an all inclusive and we certainly didn’t go hungry. I would definitely go back to the Palace and would recommend it. The staff really is terrific. Thanks for a wonderful week.
We Always Come Back

Cozumel Palace has everything we want for a vacation in paradise. The staff, food, drinks and location makes it a place we always look forward to coming back to now for 34 years. Multiple times a day we can snorkel just steps away from our lounge chairs and umbrella that face out towards the ocean. The waitresses and waiters regularly check to make sure we always have the beverage of our choice. The dive boats come right to the resort dock to pick you up for scuba and snorkeling trips. We hardly spend any time in our room except to sleep but we had a great room. The food in all the restaurants is always amazing and it is hard to pick where to have dinner. Breakfast and lunch have so many good choices. The bars can make any drink you can think of. The coffee shop has the best chocolate and coffee drinks. If you are kind and appreciative of the staff's constant hard work, you will find how friendly all of the staff are. We tip them because they work so hard everyday. For a 2 week stay, we usually go through $800 - $900 in tips and for the level of service we receive, it doesn't seem like much. There are so many people to thank for making our trip so enjoyable and I will try to acknowledge them. Natalie met us at the airport. Pascual, Abraham, Isaias and Manuel at the front door. Marahi, Salma, Martha, Erika, Silvia, Aidee and Bryan who greeted us each day at the restaurants. Carmen in the Mexican restaurant who makes the best tostados with homemade tortillas. Anahi who makes the afternoon churros. Elizabeth one of the great afternoon chefs. Kathia, Alessandra, Angel and Mayra in the coffee shop. Joel the Wine Guy. Yara, Diane, Leslie, Abi, Charlie (aka Charlie Jackson), David, Moises, Alex, Luis and Fernando in Activities. Juan, Rodrigo, Reyes, Raul, Enrique, Juan Carlos, Rodri, Javier and Giovanni the best bartenders. Georgina, Feliciano and Ami in housekeeping. Carlos, Camillo and Regina in maintenance. Rocio, Fili, Herri, Miguel, Alan, Perla, Gabriel, Emmanuel, Karina, Victoria, Lourdes, Carmita, Alexander, Adolfo, Argenis, Jonathon, Eduardo, Jared, Jennifer, Natalie and Anthony the best waitresses and waiters.
