Convenient and smoke free

We stayed here to go to JT at T-Mobile arena. It was so convenient and Bavette’s steakhouse was great! Smoke free and easy to get to other spots on the strip.

Every encounter with staff members was pleasant. Restaurant, EVS, and casino floor staff were all great. Room was clean and location was great.

Recently stayed at Park MGM and was very impressed. Very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Jack Gamboa in Security is amazing!! Top notch person in every way. Carlos and Jesse in Primrose are awesome. We will definitely stay at Park MGM on our next visit to Vegas.
Potential but needs work.

Loved that the property is smoke free and the pool areas where fantastic. Room was a major disappointment, both shower and sink drains did not work, room service was "bare" minimum at best. Rooms need major upgrades to get 4 star rating in my book.
Unable to sleep

Sleep effected by mechanical sounds all night. Unable to switch rooms too. We asked about 3 times to ultimately not get it resolved
