During my recent stay at a Paris Las Vegas hotel, I found that their prices were unreasonably high for everything. Furthermore, the room had a strong smell of smoke, which was unpleasant. To add to my disappointment, they tried to charge me for removing a minibar that was placed on the work desk. I was attending a conference about work, but I didn't have access to a refrigerator or microwave. What's more, they charged me extra for checking in early, even though they had available rooms all day long. I also feel that they should have refunded me for checking out early, as I left eight hours before my scheduled departure time. Additionally, they did not provide any laundry bags or slips in the room, which was inconvenient. Overall, I found my stay at the hotel to be a complete waste of time and money. In the future, I plan to book an Airbnb for my next conference in Las Vegas.

Paris is showing its age and is looking tired and shabby. Hotel needs repairs on flooring, ceiling and furniture, instead of patching. The Hotel needs a complete renovation to bring it back to life. Hotel rooms were not clean and carpet was bald in places and very dirty. The Casino was freezing with shabby furniture. Once a great hotel but we couldn't get out of there quick enough to warm up and go to a casino that was clean.

I’ve always had pleasant stays at the Paris in the past. However, the past two times have not been pleasant experiences. The time before last (October 2021) we stayed at the Paris Hotel and they did not include a hair dryer in our room. I called the front desk and they said they did not have extras. Fortunately, I found one of the cleaning staff employees who took one out of the other hotel rooms and gave it to me. The last time we stayed at the Paris 5 - 9 May 2024, was worse than the time before. Half of the elevators were not operating so we waited in long lines to get to our room. The staff did not clean our room every day because the cleaning staff forgot to clean our room on Monday, May 6th. The water was turned off on one of the days between 11 and 2 for “Emergency” reasons. On our last day while we were checking out the representative behind the registration desk said we owed over $350 for parking 4 cars during our stay. That didn’t even make sense because my husband and I were the only two people staying in our room. The Representative did correct the error. For these reasons, I will not be returning to the Paris. What a shame because it use to be a very nice hotel to stay while vacationing in Las Vegas - not so much any more!

Great stay at The Paris! The receptionist at check in was awesome , she started off our trip in such a positive way, which really does mean alot ! Check in only took us 10 minutes, our room was great ! Our air conditioning was cold and our water was hot and our room was clean.. Absolutely 0 complaints!!

Back to Paris. Picked a suite in Paris not attached new Versailles as I didn't want to walk. Casino was hopping. Suite was uber comfortable and quiet. Staff very friendly, conversational. They want you to be comfortable. Easy access to all Caesar properties. Lots of conferences going on. I'll be back
